Do you want to grow as a spiritual nonviolent warrior forging a world guided by love? To integrate personal healing and freedom with interpersonal relational healing and social and political transformation? To be part of building a movement rooted in deep wisdom, compassion, and truth that strives to make our world a Beloved Community where all people and all of life can flourish together in balance?

Apply to join the inaugural For All fellows program: a stipended four month small group study & practice program with our founder, nationally-recognized progressive leader and mindfulness meditation teacher-in-training, Kai Newkirk.

Fellows will:

  • Participate in a 4 week introductory mindfulness meditation & compassion practices course along with others outside the program (four 90 minute sessions, once a week, beginning July 2nd/9th)

  • Join a bi-monthly 90 minute fellows group virtual meeting to explore and discuss elements of the integral nonviolent liberation tradition and the principles of For All

  • Volunteer to help organize and carry out For All’s campaigns and projects during this critical summer and fall (campaigns may include organizing for a ceasefire in Gaza, organizing to move President Biden to declare a climate emergency, and organizing and mobilizing progressives and key voters to help elect a Democratic trifecta that will end the filibuster and enable historic legislative progress) -- fellows will be expected to volunteer at least 5-10 hours per week and 20-40 hours per month in fellows program work

  • Receive mentoring and support from Kai to grow as a leader in this tradition, including at least two 1:1 meetings during the program

  • Receive four $1000 monthly stipends starting in early July and covering the period through the November election

  • Join a possible in-person weekend retreat (depending on campaign and action schedule) to practice together and deepen in our understanding, embodiment, and practice of this broad tradition

To explore our vision further to see if you’re interested, you might read this essay by Kai and Rev. Stephen Green on Kingian democratic socialism (one expression of the integral nonviolent liberation tradition) or review the principles of For All.

All who are inspired by our vision are welcome and encouraged to apply! This is an equal opportunity and affirmative action program.

Apply by filling out the form questions below. Deadline to apply: July 2nd. Program starts July 8th.

If you have questions, you can send them to info@forallorg.us.

Many thanks and very best wishes on the path of Beloved Community.
